We understand that flooring is a long-term investment and we want you to experience years of enjoyment of your Divine branded floor. If you are not 100% satisfied with the floor we provided, or unsure of the colour, we will take back all material and even forgive up to 100 square feet of installed material.

COMPASSION Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Only 100 square feet or less can be racked out or installed. Only Divine-branded strip flooring is covered under this guarantee. The product can be exchanged one time for flooring of equal value; or pay the difference for an upgraded product within the stocked Divine brand family of products. Installation of material and local delivery charges are not part of our guarantee.
