We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your floor. If you find it necessary to return your product, this policy covers returns of Divine-branded products purchased at all Divine Flooring locations and through authorized dealers.
Return Process
All returns must have prior approval by a Sales Representative of Divine Flooring before returns will be accepted. No claim shall be allowed, nor credit given, for goods returned without Divine Flooring’s written authorization. All returns need to have a RMA (return material authorization) form filled out with a return number and must be attached to materials being returned. Once the return has been approved, the client has 72 hours to return the material. Materials will receive a quality control inspection upon time of return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
All Divine Flooring actively stocked products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with no restocking fee. Consent for authorization to return may be conditioned upon client’s agreement to prepay all freight charges on the return shipment. Returns of material beyond 30 days may be subject to a material handling and/or restocking fee. Materials excluded from this return policy are as follows:
